The sire, Goldmine's Dillon of El Morro is 25 inches and just under 50 pounds. He comes from champion lines. He is a black skinned cream. AKC Standard Poodle. His heirs have ranged from his size to larger. OFA hips Fair. Von Willebrand's test normal(78%). Sebaceous Adenitis clear.
His owner bred with Pallas Athena Elizabeth, apricot, because she too was healthy, had good conformation and a good personality. Athena is 22.5 inches and around 45 pounds (when she is not nursing). Her testing found her: clear of Sebaceous Adenitis; clear of von Willebrand's; Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA0 showed hips good and elbows normal; and Canine Eye Registration Foundation (CERF) free of inherited eye disease. She has also turned out to be an excellent first time mother of eleven puppies!
The litter has been examined by a veterinarian. They are receiving a course of deworming and will receive their shots at 8 weeks. All are healthy and thriving. They are very loving and curious.
